This is the same policy that is used through out the world for items that are especially commissioned or made up to order . It is impossible for us to sell any of these items on to other customers if they have been made up with your family name, design, extra large sizes etc., so we hope that you understand this and not expect us to take items back because you changed your mind.
All our jewelry is made using the finest of metal which is bougth directly mixed from the bullion dealers and is stringently tested by the Irish Government in Dublin Assay Office and passed with a Hallmark before it can be sold in Ireland. This is your guarantee that the metal is perfect and 100%correct . Ireland is the strictist country in the world for this law . There is no such system in the USA or most of Europe. Now ALL metal scratches.
It does not matter if it is 950 platinum or 925 Sterling silver ......it ALL scratches . You will receive your jewelry in perfect condition with no scratches ,most flat pieces still wrapped in special tissue paper so as for us to avoide scratching the item. Now we have no control over how you treat the item once you receive it . We cannot control the amount of scratches that you get on any piece of jewelry and we DO NOT GUARANTEE any of our jewelry against scratching.
We do not know any company in the world that does. So ALL jewelry gets scratches from lifting things, hitting of things, wearing bracelets with other jewelry, wearing jewelllery while doing manual work, rock climbing, gardening etc., It is up to you to take care with your jewelry and have it polished once a year to remove all the scratches from the item.We give a first year free polishing if you live in Ireland or can bring the item to us. You should keep the item in its box while not wearing it .
